I've been studying health-related topics since I was 19. During that time I've gained degrees in Psychology and Health Promotion, had over 6 years of trainings in Nutritional Science, Health Coaching and Integrative Health Design. I'm also a certified practitioner in Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics. I've taken numerous courses on the topics of Brain Health, Longevity, Positive Psychology, Biochemistry, Productivity, Neurobiology, Genetics, Resilience, Immunology, Stress, Anti-Aging and many more.

I've worked in preventative medical clinics alongside MD-s, nutritional therapists and a functional medicine doctor. I've been a member of the Estonian Health Promotion Association since 2018.
In short, I'm a health geek, to whom knowledge and personal growth are like air. My unwavering passion for the scientific knowledge of human physiology, biochemistry, psychology, and potential has led me on the path to contributing to the breathtakingly powerful journeys of people re-claiming their innate true potential through individualised health optimisation.
